Police search for suspect in north Fargo stabbing

FARGO - Police are searching for a suspect who reportedly stabbed a man with a scissors early Wednesday morning.

It happened at the 200 block of 6th Avenue North around 3 a.m.

Fargo Police say a man was driving home when he was approached by a man who was on foot, who asked for a ride. When the driver refused, the man stabbed him with a pair of scissors.

The victim had minor injuries, was treated and released.

Police searched the area with a K-9 unit, but could not locate the suspect. He's described as a black man in his 20's with a beard, wearing dark clothing.
